NotraOne is a trading name of Notra One Limited, registered in England, Scotland and Wales with company number 16728188 and registered at 128 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX. 

We are not a bank. Regulated banking, payment services and electronic money issuance presented on or linked from the Site are provided by Gemba Finance Ltd or its group companies, each authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority under reference number 804853. Applications for accounts and related products are completed on Gemba’s platform and are subject to Gemba’s own terms and privacy notices, which are presented before you submit an application.

2. What these terms cover

These terms govern your use of the Site only. They do not govern your relationship with Gemba or any services you may apply for or receive from Gemba.

3. Eligibility and local laws

The Site is intended for business users. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply in the place you access the Site.

4. Information on the Site

Content on the Site is provided for general information only. It is not legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. You should obtain professional advice before acting on any information.

5. Introducer role

We may introduce you to Gemba for payment accounts and related services. If you proceed to apply, you will contract directly with Gemba. We do not hold client money, do not arrange or conclude contracts on your behalf, and do not provide regulated payment services.

6. Your account or forms on the Site

If the Site allows you to create an account or submit forms:

  • You must provide accurate and complete information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login details and for all activity under your account.
  • We may suspend or disable access if we suspect misuse.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site in a way that breaches any law or regulation.
  • Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or its systems.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost profits, revenue, data, business, or any indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site will not exceed one hundred pounds (£100).

15. Governing law and venue

These terms and any non‑contractual obligations arising out of them are governed by the laws of England and Wales . The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
